Local area contractor renovating the Niagara Region one home at a time since 2000...Always providing a free written estimate with a reasonable labor rate and never marking up the cost of materials...I am a hands on contractor so if you prefer dealing with one person rather than someones crew I'm the one to call...I do the job from start to finish and never subcontract to others (foundations excluded)...I have many satisfied customers with referrals being my main source of meeting new ones...I do bathrooms, rec rooms, kitchens, additions, decks and fencing; pretty much all your indoor and outdoor living spaces from start to finish...once I start a project I'm yours until completion; I don't jump from job to job...I will tell you in advance that I'm normally busy but am always looking for new projects as long as the customer can wait until I'm available.
